Tomato pepperoni pasta


Fresh tomato ‘gigisa’ w/ a little olive oil, onion & garlic until it feels saucy and ‘lata’ enough. Cook pepperoni sausage separately w/ a little olive oil. Then, done.

Just add the tomato sauce, sausage, to the pasta. You can add olive oil if you want it more oily.

Mark does not like the sauce. Migi likes the sausage, olive oil, and pasta. But I love them all. 🙂
