Olive oil (optional. if the oil from the sardines is not enough for you because you want it more oily)
* Boil the pasta
* Open the spanish sardines
* crushed the sardines or you can have just the eater do the crushing
Let the eater / diner do the mixing so he / she can control the hotness.
